Left eye dominate putter

My kid is left eye dominate (right handed golfer). Every putter we’ve tried (not many) looks to be aiming left to him. Right now we’re relying heavily on aiming the ball and trusting that aim to make a putt. His speed control, start line, and stroke is more or less okay. The whole left eye dominate thing is his biggest set back at the moment. Do you guys have any experience to share? Thanks.

Same as my daughter, it takes time but she putts awesome now, probably her strongest skill.
It was hard to get her there, she hated putting for over a year, but a coach she loves + bit testing, she copied her favorite player Adrian Meronk with the claw grip and worked on that, coach said normaly not good for juniors but for her somehow it works perfect.
So I think all you can do is make it fun and be patient until your child finds a way to make it work.

Edit: after she found out she like the claw grip, cause its comfortable for her it took her just couple of days to fall in love with putting.
Dont think its the putter tbh, cause she didnt changed it.

We had some putting instruction last year.  The issue we had was too much arc in the putting stroke.  Started using Tiger's "gate drill" and that helped. Note: We use a Ping face-balanced putter. If you have a putter with toe hang, this may or may not be helping you.  Perhaps getting to a pro or a SAM Puttlab could help.

 

Edit to add:  We use a blade putter. If you have a mallet putter, perhaps try a blade. Or vice-versa. Also, I had him using a Hoganardi putter with some toe hang for a little while late last year, but after some initial success, the Ping went back in the bag.

My 10 yo had the same issue. 2 things have really helped him, putting a line on the ball for putting and getting fit for a SeeMore putter. He gets the ball lined up and the SeeMore is easy to get square to that line.
