Driver swing feedback

I’d refer to myself as a “bogey” golfer and I’d like to come out of that phase. One of my problems is my inconsistent driver swing. Occasionally I have bad pop up shots which I’d like to eliminate. The ball is too far back in your stance. The pop up happens because the club head is still treaveling down and under the ball as you come into contact with it. It also keeps you from transferring your weight to the left properly.

Before even discussing your downswing and impact , you need to change the way that you turn going back 

1st -still  at the top

Instead of loading into the inside of your trail foot , you have loaded towards your lead side at the top -reverse pivot 

2nd -still 

This problem started early . By 9:00 it is obvious that you have loaded high into the trail hip

 

Suggestions 

As BrianMcG suggestion you play the ball too far back in your stance Move the ball up about 1.5” forward . 
 

Flare your lead foot out 1/4 turn towards the target . This will act as a governor on lateral hip movement going back . 
 

2 drills

1.Empty your right front pocket and let the inside of this pocket be visible in a front facing video. Then focus on turning your right front pocket  directly behind you INSTEAD of laterally

2.practice the included drill
