What does 2pts mean?

Hey guys. Made a mistake of reposting too quickly and received a 2pt penalty that expires next November. Can someone help me out on what that means? Thanks in advance.

AFAIK there's no (published) schedule for how many points rates a warning (only), suspension, or banishment.

 

I also don't see anything in the Rules/Guidelines about it.

From what I can see, you had a Classified section violation for two ads open at the same time and since it was your first violation, no points were given.

 

You then had another Classified violation for the same issue and you were given the 2 "violation" points.

 

If you don't have any other violations between now and next November those 2 points will drop off and you're back to zero.

 

If you have any other violations, additional points will be added to the 2 you currently have and as you accrue these points additional punishments will be put in place by the moderators in the Classified section.

 

I would strongly suggest that you read and then re-read and make sure you 100% understand the rules for the Classified section and avoid breaking any of these rules.  If you continue to break any rules you could permanently lose access to the Classifieds.
