Any steel shafts better than others on the elbows

I went to a sports athletic physical therapist when I first had this flare up last year.  They tend to lean on the side it’s your body and not the clubs. Basically as you approach 40+ your elbows and shoulder muscles weaken some and when not stretched or strengthened properly you get the painful flare ups.  After 4-6 days a week of exercises and about 16 weeks later mine was gone. I still switched to graphite shafts. My hands feel better after with graphite.

 

I’m sure you’re wondering age and I’m 39 now. It was summer last year when mine flared up and it was unbelievably painful.
