Golf clothing shopping ( mostly for my wife) and post-Easter round from Mukilteo

The better half and I are heading down  from Vancouver Canada to Mukilteo as as a base for a few days R & R the week after Easter. 

 

I'm hoping to  book one round (maybe two) within reasonable driving distance - maybe Legion Memorial- if the weather looks ok.  Don't know how the drainage is there, so If someone has a better idea  for that issue from  the Premier Golf Centre courses so I can pre-book,  suggestions are  welcomed. We played LM at the end of May last year based on PNW forum suggestions and enjoyed it.  We probably would ride so  courses  less likely to be "cart path only "  would be good.

 

But mostly this thread is started as my wife would like to do some golf clothing shopping.  We will want to hit at least one Pro Golf Discount while staying in Mukilteo, plus  the one at Bellingham on the way home. We have only otherwise been to the one in Lynnwood.

 

Any suggestions which of the other Pro Golf Discounts might have the best selection for women's golf clothing? Or other stores or golf course proshops?

Possibly Adidas or Nike or Under Armour at PO might have something for her. Off the top of my head I can't think of another option there (though we have only been there once since 2019).  That said, whenever I've looked at those branded athletic apparel stores for golf gear for myself there hasn't really been much in the way of golf specific items, even golf shoes.  Joggers, hoodies, basketball wear etc. but not golf. Of course being an old f*** the blaring currant popular music in those places usually gets me outta there quickly. 😀

The Nike outlet tends to have some, albeit not a ton of golf gear (at least the one near us). I've started ordering a majority of my clothes on tgw.com if you've never checked there. Tend to have good sales and going pretty frequently

Will check out the Nike store if we do stop at the Premier Outlets.

 

Getting stuff delivered to Canada (if the retailer even does it) can be way more expensive plus probably duty (and broker fees if not coming USPS)   than just buying it in Canada with the exchange rate already built in. Plus the return options are better if I buy in Canada. I have  a delivery depot account  at Blaine (that I don't think I've ever actually used) and one in Point Roberts that I've used in the past for golf clubs mostly ( no duty on them).  So that is an option, but it is still an hour's drive each way plus the border crossings.

 

I dropped just over 15 pounds this year and have gone down over one full size so I've had to replace nearly all my shorts and all my long pants and even a few shirts. Not just golf stuff. 

 

I've bought clothing online this year from the Canadian Adidas and Footjoy  with success and  they have free returns. plus our only big box retailer, GolfTown. Also bought some Greg Norman golf slacks on Amazon.ca. But on Amazon.ca for name brand golf shirts they generally are sky high over regular retail. 

 

My wife is hard to fit so she isn't there yet for buying golf clothes online as figures it will just be a return process.
