Something feels off... would love feedback specifically on tempo / sequencing

I know there's plenty of work needed on the mechanics and positions/placements too, but especially for on-course I'd love feedback on tempo/sequencing. Something about my tempo/sequencing just feels off and I'm just not quite comfortable. Is top of backswing too short? Why does my swing look somewhat 'flimsy' instead of tight? I haven't played too many rounds, so is this just something that improves with reps/more practice?

A good face on would help, but looks like your lower body goes too quickly in the downswing before your hands get back in front of you. You are too much on your lead side in the finish with no room to rotate through the ball. Basically, you are too slow moving the arms down. Work on sequencing to fix ur tempo. Start the downswing with arms first and work on quieting your lower body.

thank you so much for the feedback!!! i feel like your comment has put words to what i intuitively felt i was doing wrong... you'll have to zoom in a bit and it's not perfectly face-on but here's another view that could be helpful..
