Hats (embroidery help)

I would like to pull this off for an upcoming member/guest as team hats but getting 4 (a set in 2 different colors). The example photo is to just to show the embroidery….I would do it with a nickname for our club. The puff embroidery makes it challenging to get someone to do it. Has anyone ever tried to do something like this? I know G/Fore is putting a lot of these out, but you have to have an account with G/Fore and probably purchase large quantities.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Levelwear also does almost the exact same hat as the G/Fore and I'm pretty certain that their minimums are very low and they may even do it without an account as long as you pay up front.

Is there a link to levelwear that shows similar embroidered hats? I went to their website but only saw blank hats.

I don't believe there is a link. I know because I sell them in my shop and we got them to make ones that look just like the G/Fore ones because they have many more options and are priced considerably better.
