Considering having my dads McGregor woods refinished and looking for someone reputable.

I recommend both nim and david bass .  They’ve done many persimmons for me. Below are some Some photos of nim’s recent work for me.

Just a question re your dads clubs - you looking to Refinish and keep as “wall hangers” or to play?  That model of club has little value beyond being sentimental.  It’s great to keep in the family of course and have for memories but it will cost you ballpark ~$100-125 a club so $400-500 for the set just for your awareness.

Hard to tell from the OP's pictures, but they don't look that bad...perhaps a self-referb project.

These clubs have not been refinished to the best of my knowledge.  My dad passed away in 1978 and these have been boxed up since.  I know these aren’t valuable in the marketplace but have large sentimental value.

Yeah, I understood that....the picture you posted shows just the sole & sole plate. What does the face & the top look like? I'm thinking these are MT woods, so on top is the MT a decal or imbedded in the wood? How do you feel about refinishing them yourself?

Also, are you going to put them on the wall or would you consider playing them?

Assume this is what the crowns look like?  Strange 2 tone style finish.
