I would think it would need to be on the outside of your pocket to pick up sound.

Has to be attached outside the pocket or on the belt.  Contact Arccos and they will send you a new clip. They just slide in...

Yep, what @Skydiver22said.  Just email Arccos and they will typically send you a new one for free.  I would suggest buying an additional one ($5).  I have broken 3 now from sliding out of the cart and

Yep, what @Skydiver22said.  Just email Arccos and they will typically send you a new one for free.  I would suggest buying an additional one ($5).  I have broken 3 now from sliding out of the cart and it getting caught on the seat handle.  I wear the link on my left pocket and Im the driver most of the time.
