bst question

i had posted a bst thread 2 weeks ago, locked it because i was going to go a different direction, it is now in the archive.

my question is can i unlock it and pay the $10 to pin it and have it brought out of the archive?

OR

i understand its a 30 day rule on posting a new thread with same item, this is even the case with paying and pinning correct?

Yes you can have old ad unlocked from archives then pay to have it pinned.  30 day rule applies regardless of action i.e. pinning.

since I can’t get an answer from gxgolfer other than they don’t have anything to do with the classifieds page.

what is the issue?

I don’t move ads from the archived section. I do handle pinning and instructions are posted as well as step by step instructions. 
 

Your failure to clearly ask for help and understand the process is your responsibility. You were told to report the ad via the report button by mods to move it. Your lack of comprehension and reading must have missed those directions.
 

Your ad was pinned in the archived section. I do not moderate the classifieds and you must work with the mods as any rules violations is a forfeiture of funds. 
 

The mods run the BST. It’s all to their discretion. The rules are clearly spelled out everywhere and the posted.

and I’ll ask a mod to move it out of the archive. no where in the generals rules talks about moving it out of archive and reporting to mod. And I was not told anywhere to report the ad to move it or that’s what I would’ve done…

Because you never asked the mods the same question you asked in personal message. 
 

Searching the help section would have returned the same answer.

 

There is no hand holding in this BST.

I don’t need my hand held, you knew the answer but said it’s not my job, all of this could of been avoided a few days ago but no it’s finally came out here.

im not asking for anything but just a little human courtesy goes a long ways….

You are correct that I will offer very few courtesies for BST issues.
 

The rules and instructions are posted everywhere.

 

Anyone who needs BST help needs to post in this forum. I do not have the time to take classifeds personal messages and decipher everyone’s BST issues.
 

If I answered every PM, then it would turn into 10 or 20 message exchanges.
 

If people are referred here, people then should search and read all the pinned and posted content and ask other mods and members who do know, for help. 
 

It’s tough love but info is posted everywhere, do not PM for bst help.
