Consistency help

Hey y’all looking for a little bit of help currently I am sitting at 13 handicap and I’ve been struggling a little bit with consistency. Sometimes I absolutely feel so confident with my swing other times I feel like I’ve lost everything in my swing. Much appreciated in advance. Any drills would be helpful as well as I have a simulator at home house to dial  in my swing

What would you say your typical misses are? You stand both quite close to the ball and quite narrow with minimal weight shifting in your feet, even appearing to hang back a bit which is a red flag with a wedge. I'd wager low point control (fats and thins) are an issue, and seeing a longer club swing would likely reveal more. You can get away with a lot with a wedge, and your swing is already quite long here which I suspect means a longer (potentially overswinging) longer club swing with more pronounced weight shifting issues. More video is needed though, preferably face on as well.

I’ll try to get a better video here shortly. To be honest I feel like I do better with longer irons and woods. As far as weight shift that’s super helpful. The reason I’m standing closer to the ball is to negate toe shots. Maybe I got too close.. I’ll try to widen my stance and get my weight moving forward more and see what that does. Appreciate it
