Good courses in the south half of Alabama?

I'm going to be flying into Destin in February for golf and was thinking about doing a loop through the south half of Alabama instead of just sitting around Destin. This will all be purely weather dependent. If it's not warm to the north, I'll stay in Destin or even drive south upon arrival. My main goal is to get in quite a bit of golf. I would generally like to keep every round under $100 (hopefully even less) unless the course is special. 

 

So, if anyone has recommendation for the south half of Alabama or even courses within a couple hours of Destin, I'm all ears. Thanks!

There are three RTJ trail locations (with multiple courses) semi-close.

If you drive south from Destin, I hope you have an amphibicar.

Kiva Dunes in Gulf Shores is well regarded. 

 

There are some nice courses around the casinos in Biloxi. 

 

The Grand Hotel near Mobile has some quality golf too. 

 

You probably won't run out of golf courses in Destin. That said I think Kelly Plantation is being renovated right now.
