What are you looking to do with ballflight, misses, contact, etc?  From a first glance, I'd suspect you play a (sizeable) draw and quick hook when missing big?

Playing a draw-ish straight ball flight with irons, that can turn into a dangerous snap hook with that 3h… Driver shape is a powerfade, due to ball position - and straight pulls are usually the misses, as seen in the first video… just looking for better consistency (aren’t we all) if something out of sequence is glaring and the root cause of compensations later on

There are two things I'd suggest in sequence:

1) Club getting across the line and club face opening in top position based on wrist extension (cupping).  This can be common with broader/less flexible guys lengthening the swing.  You correct for the more open clubface by dropping the club to the inside - probably too much so - hence, pushes, overdraws, smother hooks when face comes in shut.  Control the clubface in the back swing by limiting the amount hinging you allow in hands/wrists.  Backswing will definitely appear shorter on video by taking out your hands but body rotation will increase.

2) P6 to P8 handpath should work more left - really feel yourself holding off the clubface.  More rotation in hips/core to bring club through impact.  Conditioning may help (hips, core, glutes, flexibility, etc.). Here's another swing I came across that reminded me of your p7-p8 positions.

Check out this swing - similar to yours at this point:

I'd expect the suggestions above will be most helpful for anything for which you'd have a negative angle of attack.  It appears the existing swing may actually increase angle of attack for a driver (a good thing to create high launch + low spin).

For reference on qualifications, I used to be an instructor and clubfitter. Was in the business for ~8 years before transitioning to something else.

Good catch on both of these - on #2 always had a ‘down the line’ release, seems like it’s a trust issue that it can’t be right, to go that much left with hand path - slow 9-3 drills needed… on #1 playing a strongish left hand grip and weakish right hand, it seems to cumpound the effect of left wrist extension right off the bat (to try and not pull the club inside) and set it up more vertically - although I got lots of forearm rotation that do send it behind me - would practicing a weaker left hand grip be something to look at? To achieve what you mentioned
