seems to be only his 7 and 4 iron, not 5 or 6 etc

Exactly what I was thinking, some crazy potential for combos!

That bigger hole in the 7-iron maybe removed 2g? Not nearly enough for anyone to notice a CG impact, i'm guessing he did it (or had it done) for swingweight

Swingweight makes the most sense. The ported 7 iron looks longer than the other 7 iron next to it assuming they are both touching the bottom of the bag. I've seen vokeys/milled grind wedges ported and usually ends up with two port holes in the back. 

 

The mix of irons just looks like more testing. A few different versions of irons that won't all mix together in the end.

Very likely swingweight- 2g isnt moving cg much

I play zx7s which are very forgiving, i tried some 150s, cbs, mbs, and t100s today.  Everything was phenomonal. The cbs and t100s are alot easier to hit than I imagined, especially for a topline that small, Incredible stuff from titleist. The 620cbs are very underrated, feel like butter... I'm considering a combo set of 620cbs and t100s
