Rory Sabbatini at the Masters

Does anyone know what driver and putter Rory Sabbatini is using at the masters. I saw the photos at still looks like the a3 irons, and the titleist tvd m grind wedges and the boxer hybrids and the bty proto 3 wood, but it seems the putter and the driver changed. Just by the grip he has on the putter. Is he back to he 4250 df from the xtd pro?

not sure of the exact model driver head, but he did have a Matrix shaft and white Iomic grip.

In this month's Golf Digest he is using a Adams Insight XTD Tour 9.5*, 44 1/2 inches, Matrix F7M2 shaft, X Flex.

I was at Number 12 yesterday when a gentlemen walked up to the side of the tee while Rory was waiting and handed him a Rife putter with a blue GolfPride grip on it. Not sure of the model, but it look just like the Odysey that he was using last year(the one Phil uses sometimes). Identical in fact. He immediately practiced hitting putts with it right on the tee box.

I got a good pic today on the putting green, he is rolling it with one of the new Camerons. He ate at a table next to us at a sports bar Monday night too.

Bettinardi made him a prototype which is nearly identical to the #9 he was using! its a sweet looking putter!!

First round of the Master's. I'm no expert but that does not look like the Adams Insight XTD to me.

Actually it does. That club isn't as square as some of the square drivers, and I do believe I've seen one with weight screws...

 

not that I can tell from here, as I've only looked at the XTD in stores and they weren't carrying the 'pro' version, the slightly smaller head and slightly open face version... but that pic doesn't look like it ISN"T the XTD....

It looks like either the 4250 DF or the 4350.

That Rory pic is definitely his Tour 4250DF. He has been using the XTD DF2400X but still switches between the two. The Adams guys say that the feedback has been really good on the XTD Pro. There is a version with a weight port in the sole but it is only for swingweight customization, but the Adams rep said that most of the tour players that use the retail XTD Pro because it goes a little farther than the one with the weight port (based on the feedback).
