We offer 3 different models, the Classic Blade, Tour Blade and Tour CB. The Classic Blade is a smaller blade that is shorter from heel to toe and slightly taller. The Tour Blade is more of a modern blade. It is slightly longer from heel to toe and slightly more shallow. It is very simular in size and profile to the 690.MBs or MP33s. The Tour CB is a very bladelike players cavity back. It is the same size and has the same profile as our Tour Blade. It looks just like a blade at address. They are designed with an innovative progressive face thickness technology that allows us to locate the COG in the proper place on each iron in the set. The faces in the long irons is thinner allowing for more perimeter and sole weighting for a lower COG and more playability. The faces in the short irons and PW are thicker allowing us to place more mass behind the ball with a higher COG for increased accuracy, feel and workability.

All of our irons are forged at Ishihara Japan from the same soft 1018 carbon steel (the softest steel used in golf clubs by any company) as our wedges. Each set is hand ground by our master grinder at our facility to your exact specs. You choose Shaft, Grip, Lengths, Lies, Lofts, Grind, Swingweight, Headshape, Finish, Stampings and Paintfill color. Pretty much if you can dream it we can do it!

Ordered myself a set of these in December. I got the Tour CBs in the 3, 4 and 5 iron and the Tour Blade in 6 iron to PW. When I first ordered, Ari Techner (FairwayFred on here) spoke to me at length about what sort of set up I would need. He spent lots of time sorting out with me the specs and so on. I had some trouble paying for them, because I didn't have paypal set up and because I'm in the UK, the standard methods of passing money were more troublesome, but throughout all this, Ari was most understanding and helpful.

I ordered the clubs with Tour Concept X1s 1" longer than standard and sent pictures through to Ari of my old set (Titleist 681s). Ari said that they could build the clubs exactly as I wanted them and since I like the 681s a lot, that was what I wanted. The Tour Concepts weren't in stock and so things took a while to turn up. I got them about three weeks ago, so all in it was around 8-9 weeks total. I haven't written anything up yet because the weather has been working against me and this weekend has been my first chance to really give them a go.

When I say these things came out nicely, that would be understatement of the year. They look absolutely stunning. One of the best things about it is the way that the 5 iron/6 iron blend looks so clean. I had expected to notice quite a difference, but at address, they are smooth. I'm not sure if the feel of the things is the clubhead, the shaft or a blend of the two. I suspect it is a bit of both, but this combination is seriously sweet. They feel so pure and I love the flight I get out of them. Very penetrating.

In summary, I would strongly recommend getting some of these. They take a while, but it's certainly worth it. It's obvious that a lot of care and attention has gone into these. The icing on the cake was being able to have anything I wanted stamped on the back. I went for a simple "M" being my first initial. I didn't want something too ostentatious and the nice thing about that is I know what it means and people who know me know what it means, but there it ends. Sweet.

I don't have any decent pics at the moment, but as soon as I do, I'll get them posted.

To Ari, thanks again for a wonderful set of sticks. They are now firmly wedged into my bag. :kewlpics:
