Hey Guys,

 

I hope everyone had a great week! I wanted to share with you a Custom MACHINE that Dave just finished for a Customer.

 

This MACHINE features a Custom 303 Stainless M2A Converter Head with a 303 Stainless Long Plumber Neck, A Black Delrin Spacer and an Orange Anodized Alloy Megalodon XXL Flange. The Medallion on this MACHINE is a Custom Orange Anodized Alloy Logo Medallion.

 

This MACHINE is Gripped with an Orange Hog-Sized Gripmaster Leather Stitchback Grip.

 

This MACHINE weighs in at 365 grams as shown with four (4) .750” Tungsten weights. We’ll also be making longer weights so we can load this up heavier for Counter Balanced and Arm Rest models.

This MACHINE features a Custom 1018 Carbon M4 Meritage Head with a 1018 Carbon Megalodon XL Flange and a Double Bend Shaft Over Stub Hosel. The Medallion on this MACHINE is a Black Anodized Alloy Logo Medallion.

 

This MACHINE was finished in Dave's Hand Torched Oil Quenched Finish.

Thanks for all the great comments! At the risk of overdoing it, I added an "Ocean Wave" carbon and nickel Damascus Plumber neck with Dot Pill Cut partial skeletonizing to the head that I posted earlier. It's got the same "Deep Blue Sea" hand torched oil quenched finish, and does go pretty nicely together to complete this ART Putter.

We've got some more / different Damascus compositions from the same forge, made custom to our specs, and I'm also working on some new finishes as well, so you'll be seeing some new pieces shortly that I hope you'll enjoy.

The Medallion on this MACHINE is a Blue Anodized Medallion with our Birdie the Dog Logo.

Hey Everyone,

Here is another new type of Damascus we're now offering that I'm calling the Tidal Wave pattern. It's got a wide layering of two types of soft carbon steel - a little more subtle than the Ocean Wave pattern with it's narrow band of Nickel.

To bring out the colors possible with this new pattern, the putter has been hand finished, hand torched, acid etched, aged, hand finished, hand torched again, aged again, finished again and re-torched a third time and then oil quenched and cured and aged. All the different finishes creates depth and makes this putter rich and complex - it changes in the light like crazy...

The neck shown here is a 303 stainless steel Half Offset Gooseneck. The medallion is Alligator pattern Damascus.

This is a M10 Fixer Damascus ART Putter No. 4!

This MACHINE features a Custom Left Handed 303 Stainless M20 Converter Head with our first 303 Stainless Double Fat Back Flange and a 303 Stainless Hand Bent Hosel.

 

On this MACHINE, both the Head and the Flange have been trimmed in size to meet the Customer’s target weight.

 

The Head and Hosel have been finished in a Morning Dew Satin Finish and the Flange has been finished in our Antique Charcoal Torch Finish.

 

The Medallion on this MACHINE is a Custom Engraved Black Anodized Alloy Medallion.
