INFO / OPINIONS?
Hey.. wondering what everyones thoughts are on the Krank El Diablo, seems to get pretty good reviews and seems like a good club, has anyone hit one, and know of a good loft to get on one ??

Also, are they durable, i have heard stories of club heads buckling in from using em, espicially on these 'hot' clubs with uber- thin club faces ! !

thanksss ! !

I will say this they do perform, however, if we are just talking about quality of the head JUNK, JUNK it's a 20.00 head from China. I have seen these things break in 8 different spots. they break on the leading edge of the sole the toe, the crown down the middle, the sole the face you name it it breaks there. Cut one in half and look at the welds, you neighbor could make this in his garage with a Pabts Blue Ribbon Can. Keep in mind High swing speeds are to be the factor here. if you have average speed probably not going to be an issue, if using it for long drive the most popular set up is the UST LD series or the House of Forged whuppn shaft. most guys are using the 6* and you can get some hand picked at 5.5* if it were up to me and it's not I would look at some other heads unless you like swinging a spaceship. I'm just saying.

Just wanted to add a side note here... I wanted to note that the people at Krank seem to be very willing to help you out and really seem good ! ! May not have worked for me at this point, but I am definately impressed with the people who make the clubs.. Don't be hesitant to try one based on not having too much information on the company ! ! !

I've tested lots of LD heads and am confident in saying that the El Diablo is the hottest head available. I would recommend them to anyone. And this is after I was EXTREMELY skeptical about not having enough information about the head to determine if i should try it.

In fact, I even got into an argument with the owner about the lack of info about the head available on-line. Its not that they weren't nice or trying to hide something, its just that they were doing things differently than every other component maker for LD. And my mentality of "thinking too much and collecting all the data" couldn't adjust. However, I will admit that to succeed in LD, I need to have more of a care-free attitude. In other words, "don't think, just hit".

But I can say that there is a reason that this is the most popular head at the serious LD competitions throughout this year. It goes straight and far. It may be a very loud head, but thats okay because you don't mind the attention when you've people take a look in response to the sound and the ball is headed for the end of the range.

Krank switched foundries and their clubheads from the new place are absolute GARBAGE, one of the long drivers I build clubs for brought 6 new heads to a competition and broke all of them in one day.

They also didn't perform well before they broke. However If you can manage to get your hands on a head built before the foundry switch they are probably the hottest out there.
