this following is from a PM to me from "outbreak" regarding a member who responded to his WTB ad:

WRX member jman9 said he had what I was looking for on Jul 30 2008, 10:27 AM. I sent him paypal on Jul. 31, 2008 and asked him to let me know when it shipped. He told me he will ship it ASAP. I have asked him everyday after that for the tracking number and he would keep telling me that he is busy at work and will ship next day. His PM box is full so I cant send him a PM. My last contact with him was Aug 3 2008, 01:02 PM. I have also sent him a few emails but he does not respond. Would it be possible for you to send him a PM or put this in the dispute section of the BST? I also see that he is on WRX everyday so I know he does have internet.
