Special edition Diamana Ali'islei from Mitsubishi Rayon

Let me hear it from you guys!

I wonder how many of you interested in Diamana Ali'islei.

This shaft is more for average golfer looking for easly shaft to hit on the air with tons of FEEL, but yet looking also for one of a kind real neat and very good looking paint job kind of shaft.

I might be able to bring some in from Japan. For your gauge, this shaft suggested retail (MSRP) at around $400 installed.

This is a great opportunity for many golfers on this site :rolleyes: , especially since the Ali'Islei isn't available to the American market. This thread caught my interest with "special edition". Joe, what do you mean by "special edition", is it a special release from MRC with different specs? :black eye:

Joe, You say that these are for the "average" golfer and I wonder what part of the specs make you say that? The only difference I see between this and the White or Blueboard is a little higher torque figure. I just recently got a Blueboard and feel that I could use something with less spin. Is this the right option or is the Whiteboard a better choice. Swing speed is 97 with a fairly smooth transition and play to a 6 hdcp. No problem getting the ball up either with a 9.5* R7 425.

 

Also, you mention "one of a kind real neat and very good looking paint job". Hard to tell from the web site what you mean by that as well. Any pics or can you go in to more detail? Thanks!

This is going to be a special limited edition only in the US market. They are the same spec with Japan issue of course.

 

This shaft play softer, thus friendlier to most average players out there. Spec says mid high kick point ....but it's closer to mid IMO depending the flex and weight. The heavier and stiffer they are, the closer they are to spec. Very smooth feeling shaft with tons of kick. Definitely need to be careful on picking the right flex and installtion to play it to your swing profile and spec.

all over Ebay for 225-250 shipped brand new and uncut, this shaft has been out for quite some time now............

 

Don't forget that ebay is getting shadier and shadier as the days progress. Personally, I'm not a fan of the desciption of the Ali'islei on there right now:

A component stereo keeps still in an amorphous metal in the new possibility bat part which nicety exact design technology and composite material produce; by the high elasticity by the counterattack because is natural; is security by a bend.

 

Now, there are tons of things that you can buy cheaper on ebay than you can in the store, most things in fact. But you don't get the work and product warrantied on ebay should the shaft break down the road. So let's go ahead and rethink our posts before hitting the submit button. Especially when said post is not in harmony with the rules of the board. M'kay? :black eye:
