Would love to hear advice. I just did this as a joke but would love to get some feedback.

I'm not sure how far it went because the range I practice at ends at about 260 and there is a huge fence at the end. This ball made it's wayup about three quarters of the way up. The rip was probably a muscle in my back tearing

If i try to really mash the ball i end up hitting an awesome slice that practically hits me in the back of the head ;)

Ya my friend rolled a cart while I was in it and I ended up in a cast for a few weeks. He posted the avitar as a joke and just havent changed it since

Lots of good features in this swing, but a couple of things need changing in order to secure more distance: 80% of weight needs loading into the inside edge of the right foot during the backswing. Too much equilibrium is preventing full core loading into the lower back via max. coiling.

 

The downswing transition is wrong. You are moving everything together - shoulders, hips and arms. The hips and shoulders need to move first followed by one's arms. This will go some way to reducing your 'casting' fault i.e. releasing your hands' lag too early.

 

Nevertheless, considerable promise here.

looking back I wish i had a video of me rolling in the cart. Was funny after everything was said and done.

 

 

The driver i was using in the video was a 6.5 degree Adams 9016D with a Matrix Assissin XXX shaft. I normally use a 8.5 degree Adams 9015 D with a VTLTx shaft.

The cart got a little scratched but after we put the roof back on I doubt it was really noticeable. Also rolling implies the cart was tumbling sideways, the damned cart flipped over the front right wheel.

Sorry, he doesn't cast the club. Having played a couple rounds with (read 40+) I can confirm that he is not lacking in distance or lag. In our last round, I annihilated a tee shot that went 361 yards on somewhat firm fairways & the kid hit it 90 by me. As a tournament golfer, he needs to keep it in play, convert birdies and go low. His weight transfer is fine, his swing plane and post impact extension need some work.
