Bad Deal or Not!!

Saw this yesterday for a 1 Day bid...Thought it was fishy in that had to send email to him before bidding..Looks like a bad deal all the way around...

I assume people may have gotten bilked by this guy....trying to make sure myself or others do not get caught up and get a fake product or no product at all.....Comments appreciated...
