they coming out with 702s soon?

Was thinking of picking up a used pair of epon 701s being that I'm a 20 handicap. How different are the from my current Mizuno mx-200s with forgiveness, distance and feel?

I know they have out the 302s & 502s, are the 702 supposed to come out next? Read a big improvement between 501. & 502.

What's a fair price for used 4-pw 701s?

I don't have any experience with Mizuno, but I have hit the 701's and they are very forgiving and feel really good. Having said that, I went with the KZG Cavity Back Forged III. The performance was just about the same and they were about $200 cheaper for 5-PW.

I can't help with pricing a used set.

Not an expert on Epon but I saw on another blog that the 302 and 502 were way overdue for a model change but the 701 was fairly new so nobody was expecting that model to change anytime soon. As far as used I would think they would be hard to find unless people were moving up to the 502's. I just got my 502's a couple weeks ago and have only played twice with them but I can say coming from Mizuno MP52 that these are the softest feeling clubs I have hit.

Saw some used 701s on for sale online. I wouldn't pay full retail for a set right now since I have alredy spent enough money this year. I Like the 502s but don't think I'm good enough for them. I haven't looked into kzg much. I will have to check their stuff out.

Try those Epons! You will never go back. Since you are in the STL area, check out Midwest golf labs as they are an Epon dealer. They should have some clubs you can demo. Make sure that you get the right shafts as they are very important too.

I picked up the 701s last may, i was a 20 handicapper and it was the best move i made. Best Jap forging i ever tried and in helped my game alot. I have placed my order on the 502s and that shows how much confidence i have for this company. Its pricey but i am sure the quality justifies that.

I asked this same question on another site and someone in the know said the 702's would be out around August of this year.

they will be out on august. i dont know how they can improve on the 701
701 was a very easy club to hit. so if your thinking of the 701, just wait a couple
of months for the 702 you wont be dissapointed.
