Fantastic Strap system

After using virtually every dual strap bag and the Schling harness this year my conclusion has been the Schling has to be tweaked quite often to maintain comfort along with placing it properly. All the other dual strap bags have OK balance but lack the padding on either strap to be really comfortable. The only tolerable strap (still quite thin as far as padding) is the Sun Mountain ultra light weight (3.5 lbs.). I was given an IZZO Targa yesterday (3.8 lbs.) to try and I must say this is the best dual strap system since the old Ping J bag for comfort either single or dual strap. They have come up with a system that adjusts to whether you want to use single or dual strap through sliding straps called the one up system. Both straps have the most padding out there today. The rest of the bag is pretty standard with todays offerings but this strap system makes the bag. It also supplies three strap locations in two places for strap spacing (most supply two in one location). Great design in my opinion--most comfortable carry bag in a long time. Only $99 to boot unlike some of those hideous overpriced designs like the callaway Xi Terra bag that must weigh 6+ pounds and wants to dump the clubs regardless of the adjustment.

I have finally found my carry bag for the year after trying conservatively 15 different bags this spring. The Sun Mountain would be in second place but it's strap system is still poorly padded.

I will look at that bag, although I'm not a big fan of advertising for different manufacturers which is why I tend to stay with ogio, sun mountain, or IZZO etc (even though many of them make various companies stand bags). Ping is probably the exception.
