Pics Of Ogio Carry Bags

Intersted in the New Decible, Edge or Groom Love to see pics

I'm looking for a lightweight carry bag and Love the top of the ogio woodie top (Carry driver, wood and 2 hybrids and love the idea of woods on 1 side, irons on the other).

I would love to see pics of peoples bags with clubs in it. Especially the decibel. Looks great in stealth, light and same size (9.0 inch) top as the other 2 heavier carry bags.

Any pics would be greatly appreciated.

No problem, saw this post yesterday but was at work and couldn't figure out how to post pics from my phone into the forum (the google image downloader I have used prior wouldn't give me URLs). What else specifically would you like to see? I can take some detailed shots if the light works out.

I want to see if I can carry 4 irons on the top section of the iron area. I've never actually paid attention or really seen an ogio bag but the Top looks perfect for my setup.

I don't have a picture, but I keep my 3-6 Irons in the top iron section of my Grom. 4 will fit just fine ...

Im curious about the decibel - they are both 9"so should fit fine.

First pic is my old Ping bag, 4 irons fit easily up top. My new Ogio bag is below, only 3 irons on top now as I added a hybrid. Plenty of room either way.

Yeah there's tons of room in the iron area to fit four clubs. Dare I say they could've trimmed 1-2" off of the bag. I've got the blackwatch plaid which is seriously kicking it retro.

What 2010 ogio bag is the best? The decibel looks look in pics and I want something light.

What are the other options? Edge? Grom (I think this one is heavy).

Grom is fine, although not the as light as Hoofers and other minimalistic bags. It is one of the best all around premium bags though with great features. Stay away from the Edge as they recently kind of ruined it with external plastic and other stuff, it is heavier and best suited for a push cart now.

They trimmed a bunch of weight off of the grom. It's very light even when I have it loaded with my stuff (14 clubs iron shafted, 16 balls, jacket, two 20-ounce beverages, tees, cell/wallet/keys, raincover, towel).

My 2010 Grom is not light, especially in comparison to the walking only bags by sunmountain (and their respective titleist counterparts). However, it is VERY well-balanced, which I think is much more important. When loaded, I find it a lot easier to carry than my old ping bag, despite the fact that it weighs a pound and a half more. I'm really pleased with the Grom because I've finally found a bag that satisfies all my needs. The torque strap makes it a great cart bag (I was shocked at how well that little peice of plastic worked!). It's well balanced enough for me to carry 18 and use to get to the range. Finally, it fits really well on my Clicgear, which I use for about 75% of my rounds. All my other carry bags would twist around on my Cligear, but the Grom stays put.

I've got a decibel in the black with Apple Green trim. I'll take some photos this weekend when I get home and post them for you. It's nice and light but I don't know that I like the strap system all that much. The old Vaporlite had a 4 point attachment system, the decibel went to 3 and it feels a bit tippy when you are carrying it. I've got my top strap cinched right to the max and it still wants to tip the clubs out. The only remedy to that was to just keep my left arm on the lower half of the bag all the time. I honestly think I like my Vaporlite better, just wish it had the decibel legs on it. Another problem I'm anticipating with the decibel is that the center strap contact point is just stitched into the material on the side of the bag and not into a structural part. Seems a bit flimsy there and when mounted on your shoulders it pulls the strap away from the bag and stresses the stitching in that area.

I've got several Ogio bags. Not sure the decibel will be my favorite. It's going to be tough to beat my Ozone, that one is as close to perfect as it gets. Great straps, great leg system, top lift handle and light weight. Couldn't ask for more and I've tried most of them. I like my Grom too but Ozone is better in my mind. I have a Vaporlite, Decibel, Grom, Edge and an older Spyke bag. Put a lot of miles on each and my fav is the Ozone.
