you might want to try out Craig Farnsworth. he is the best I've ever been to, head and shoulders above anyone else. check out his book - the putting prescription - first before making a lesson.

Actually, I am...but I do it for free!!!! While people may know a few famous names for the long game, I would bet any pro could give decent putting advice..or just read the Pelz books. After you get a putter that fits your body, it is how hard you practice.

People say Stockton but I noticed that two weeks after Phil went to him, he was back to his old stance and stroke that is on his short game DVD. Gone was the wide stance and the exaggerated forward press.

There are a few practice devices that will teach you the same thing they are going to tell you. The pelz putting clips force you to hit the center of your putter time after time. He also has some stickon aiming devices that help a lot. You can make your own aim line using knitting needles and twine. they also have the putting tutor with the little gate with the marbles but two tees also work for this.

I consider myself one of the better putters at my club but the biggest problem I see if people being sloppy with set up. Toe of the putter in the air, face aimed left or right. Setting up the body before aiming the clubface. Not even looking where the water would flow, it is up or down, not storking but hitting the ball.

Mrs Hogan had the best advice when Ben was complaing about not making putts. She told him to just hit it closer to the hole.

Yes, I saw the Dave Stockton who is working with Phil Mickelson at Oak Valley. It was 200 hundred for a hour. I know he has raised his rates, I can answer any questions.
