Looking for a regular group

Are there any other sub-12 handicap golfers in Austin looking for a regular game? Or at least an outing? I'm a muni player, mostly morris williams, about a 5 HC, don't mind walking or playing early on the weekends. I'm growing a bit tired of getting paired up with the random 100 shooters and it would be nice to have a regular group tee time.

I'd love to get with a regular group. I live just a few miles from Clay/Kizer, and I've been wanting to try out the other munis. Send me a PM and let's get something set up.

Did you guys hook up? How did it go?


I usually sign up as walk-on at MoWilly/Clay/Lions on weekend mornings (@ 6AM) and get mostly paired with good golfers. Its usually after 9AM that the casual golfers start playing. I'm an 8 handicap.

I also play in a golf league (austin golf association), which is a lot of fun and helped me get better.

Would love to be part of a WRX golf outing and meet the Austin members.
