Voodoo shaft vs Matrix xcon shaft

Has anyone compared these two shafts. I want to buy an ft tour, but not sure witch of these two shafts is better. Hoping some of you guys have hit them both and have some opinions.

I have the FT-Tour in 9.5* with the voodoo shaft in stiff flex. I am not very pleased with this stock shaft and I feel it is a little inconsistent. I'm actually looking to pull the shaft and replace it with either the V2 or a Miyazaki shaft.

What are your swing tendencies and typical shot characteristics? That will determine which is better for you. For me, the X Con 6 was much smoother than the VS profile Voodoo, but spun a lot more, and as a result, was shorter. I had an FT-Tour with the X Con 6 and a 420cc R9 with the Voodoo XVS6 and XVS7. Sure, the shafts were in different heads, but I think the overall impressions wouldn't be too far off even if the heads were the same.

What do you mean when you say inconsistent?

I feel I hit the ball too high and lose distance due to little or no roll out. I would like a shaft that has a lower ball flight and can give a lot of roll out. My local shop has an ft tour with each of these shafts and just not sure with one would be best. Ultimately I need as much distance as possible.

The Xcon 6 in the FT Tour head for me is money, I get mid to high launch with low spin. The driver is sneaky long with the Xcon 6. I hit the Voodoo in Stiff and was not impressed with it at all, seemed soft to me and my spin was higher. Last week I hit a Voodoo in X flex on the range and liked it a lot better, performed close to the Xcon just not as smooth feeling. Hope that helps.
