Seriously I love this stick.. It is not really that workable but damn just long and straight.. Honestly first time I took it out I hit more fairways than any other driver I have played with..

It is not as long as the ft-3 or the 905r, but it just goes straight like a dart..

I think that it might be here awhile.. Too bad it's got a .350 tip, kind of limits the shaft choices.

No need to shim it. I have the Ust Proforce V2 shaft in mine and its unreal. I tried shimming it with a purple ice shaft and it was crap. Trust me on this go with the V2 shaft if you aren't using it already.

I found a store located on a range in my area and had a chance to demo this guy (rare for a lefty ;p) and I must say I was impressed. Good swings went long, high, and straight, and I could feel the mis-hits still carry well. The feel at impact was also very nice. I was using a small tee and the hi-bore still got it out there, but reviews on this club say to tee it low, so I would have to say that is true.

I don't get a chance to demo many clubs, but this one is a winner.

This is a great stick. I hit mine a ton. The longest and the straightest clubs I have ever hit!

I was hitting the r7 - consistent 250 - wanted more. Went to my local shop, they put me on the launch monitor - used the r7 as a benchmark - tried everything from Ping to Callaway to Taylormade to you name it - all about 250 +/- 5 yards. Then, in the middle of the test he gave the godawful looking HiBore. I wouldn't buy this thing to use as an ugly stick, but I tried it. 285!! Consistently went 285+ with the same swing, etc. Bought it on the spot, took it to the course and guess what, its the same on the course!! Longest driver I have ever owned. Its so good I can forgive the uglies, kind of like an old girl friend, but that is another story. So good, I have ordered the HiBore 13 degree fairway sight unseen. Can't say enough good things about this driver. :man_in_love:

Hopefully the fairway will be just as good i didnt get to hit it but a rep let me hold it and square it up and it was awesome but a little wierd to look down at.
