OGIO bag dilema.....

I like my GROM hybrid and have been an OGIO fan for several years, but it looks like GROM hybrid #2 from this year will have to go back. I sent the 1st one back because the divider flap came loose at the bottom and the damn clubs get all tangled and this 1 has done the same. OGIO says they will replace it or upgrade it to the 2011 EDGE with "Woode System" which I like although this 2010 GROM allows the irons to sit right on top of each other. I never had that with my 2 Voltage bags, my Vision SS or my Stinger 2 cart bag.

 

My dilema is should I go with another GROM which has changed to a 14 way divider system or an "Upgraded" EDGE. I really like the idea of a 14 way divider, but if the flaps are the same, I foresee problems. The EDGE for some reason still has the old stand legs and weren't upgraded to the "Arc Lite" system like the other stand bags and could possibly have the same problems as the 2010 GROM.

 

I'm babbling at this point and forgot WTF my point was......oh yeah, which bag and what color?

 

They don't have many appealing colors IMO and I am real fond of my "Urban Camo", but I'm S.O.L. if I return it.

 

I'm done thinking out loud.....I think.

I'd go with the Griddle/Juice Edge first. Then the Prizmata/Black Grom.

fyi the new EDGE does not have the arc lite stand system, it has the old "not so hot" stand system.

Man, I just saw 1st hand the Grom bags. I like the 14 way divider and I shoved clubs in that muther to see how she worked and it passed, also, it does have a "putter" well. The thing that irks me is they've used a different, slick material that feels cheap compared to the '10.

 

Also stared at that red griddle color and I don't know if I can do it......

I'm more of a camo type guy and naturally they discontinued it. Gonna wait and see what the '11 Edge looks like when they come in.

Idk why they changed the pattern as it doesn't look as good as the one I have. I only use my Scratch staff bag now though.
