Well, with a name of "Kyle" how could I refuse to give you a few thoughts on your frustrations. Don't get "paralysis by analysis". Trust me on this, though I'm not a pro, just an ole' timer that has played intercolligiate and maintained a 2 or less handicap for the last 27 years. Stop killing yourself with picking your swing apart. I watched it... and hey I'm from Minnesota, I LOVE the snow effects you have in your vid. Your swing has many positives and you don't mention them. It is obvious you are gifted athletically and that will contribute more than anything to a good golf game. That equates to eye hand coordination and that Kyle is more important in golf than any advise you can get. Watch all the pros, their common denominator is that they are down at impact period, down and their head only rotates up naturally after the ball is gone. Slow your swing down, watch the contender this weekend at the Shell Open, his name is Kris Kirk I believe. The reason I always move towards slowing down whenever things seem off. If you need help with trouble going left for you (a slice or fade) you can do several things, 1) create a strong grip. for you it'd mean seeing three knuckles of your right hand or the "V" of your right hand should point towards your left shoulder. What this grip does is allow your power hand (your left) to much more easily cross over the right, thus your ball flight will come back right. You could examine your swing path, it appears ever so slightly outside in. Your backswing is exactly at parallel, that is good, I do know that when I was hitting the ball inconsistent, often a fade, I shortened my backswing on all shots, via a Tom Lehmann. Hope this helps
