Adidas AG Tour Stand Bag or AG Strike

Thinking of buying one of these. I've read a couple posts here on both but has anybody compared the two bags? Any likes/dislikes after having them for a while? Nobody within an hour of me has them so I can only go off what I've found online. I ride most of the time and I'm leaning toward the AG Tour but the Strike is a nice looking bag.

I just got the AG tour stand bag. The bag looks great but it is lacking some storage space vs my old ping hoofer. Kinda wish I went with the AG strike and save a little $$. If you plan on carrying this bad a lot the strike will be the way to go.

That's one thing I've read about the Tour, the pockets look like they'll hold more than they do. How's the material on yours...easy to keep clean?

The pockets are like slots and don't really expand like the softer bags such as the hoofer or sun mountain bags. The material is nice and will be easier to clean than the strike bag with a magic eraser though. I like the bag but it's just not as big and roomy as it appears in pics. It is a great combo though for riding and being carried now an then.

I have the original version of the ag tour (black with white stripes) and this looks like the same design in a different color. The bag is very sturdy with plenty of storage. It is a bit heavier at 7 lbs. but if you mostly ride , as I do also, you will like it. I believe the Strike is lighter, which a walker might prefer.

Thanks for the info. I figured the material on the tour would be easier to keep clean. Weight really isn't an issue because I ride most of the time and have a lightweight bag when I need it. Off to order the AG Tour. Thanks for making me spend more money. :good:

Do any of you guys with either the AG Tour or AG Strike have a full length divider in the middle vertical one?

I thought I read that both of them have four full length dividers, which on a six way would mean the middle divider being full length. At least thats the way I understand it.

I just received my Strike bag today and am really disappointed that the middle vertical divider is not full length.

The AG Tour has full length for each row. Don't know about the Strike.

Pulling this back up because the bag seems pretty decient and can be had for a very good price. I had the clutch and it was a decent bang for the buck bag. For those that own the Strike AG (NON tour) or have seen it, is the verticle middle divider full length?

Can anyone provide some feedback on the Clutch? RBG has them for like $59. At that price I'm thinking of picking one up, but want to know how it compares.

It's a good bag at that price. The straps are very comfortable, more so than a lot of the 180.00 bags. Pretty stable and enough room for my stuff but I don't carry that much. My biggest complaint with the bag is the balance, it carries great but when you take it off your shoulder the bag has a tendency to want to twist a little counter clockwise which makes the handle annoying to grab. Carried it for two seasons and all zippers held up and no problems with the fabric.

I ride almost 100% of the time. Would this be a decent bag for that? I know a cart bag would be better, but I like the looks of the AG bags and for $60 I think it's a good deal.
