Ping G2 Stock Shaft Info

Sup guys. I have my eyes on a ping g2 demo 10* with the stiff stock shaft. Theyre 139 which is a great deal and they're in great shape as well. I tried digging on Pings website and found virutally no info on this shaft. Anyone have weight and flex points? And can anyone give comparison to the prolaunch in this head? Thanks a ton guys

I have a G2 with the TFC Stiff. When I tried it out during a demo day at our club, the guy told me the NV is the low flight, the TFC is the medium and the prolaunch is the highest launch of the three. I think the TFC's play a little softer than the other two. I can't help you much with weights.

I do like the combination. I have wondered if there is any benefit to going of G5 of same specs.

The G5 uses the same shafts as the G2. The most important thing is to get fit on a launch monitor. You could waste more than $5,000 and a full season of golf searching for a driver that works for you. Or you can spend an hour or two on the launch monitor for $100 and get it right the first time and enjoy the game. I often play with a guy that does this and still does not come close to the distance that I get. I credit this to getting a driver that is fit to me on the launch monitor.

I had a G2 with the prolaunch 65 stiff and loved it until I started launching the ball excessively high (19*). The prolaunch will help get the ball in the air. The G2 is very forgiving and long. I am suprised to see anyone posting about a G2. I figured everyone would be talking about the Rapture.
