Advice for Arizona Tournament

I am in the process of trying to plan for a second annual tournament for my company with the beneficiary being a really great charity. (Wounded Warrior Project). I am trying to find a course that is really good on rates so that I can try and get as much donated as possible and less towards green fees. Anyone have any suggestions on whom to approach that is receptive to helping with charity tournaments?

I would try contacting the director of golf or tournament director at any of the clubs, they are usually the ones that handle the tournament bookings. If you jump on the individual course websites most will have an email link for group bookings and it will lead you to the right place. Most of the courses are more open to working with you on prices when there is charity involved. While I am not a huge fan of the course the guys at Grayhawk have been awesome to deal with when I did a local WRX tournament and a work related tournament.

We just ran an event at Superstition Springs.....had 152 golfers!!

The course did a great job before, during and after.

We had pretty much everything you can think of going on.

I would consider them as an option. Course is not the best in the valley...but it met the requirements.

Whirlwind does an excellent job as well....since they have 2 courses, they are able to send the public off of one and the group on another. They may be more expensive though.

also 98 kupd does a lot of stuff for veterans here in the valley they would also get behind this fairly easily and cheaply ( in my opinion)

I'd check with Vistal, and its in MUCH better shape than superstition and also centrally located.
