Ebay - Second chance offer

Hi all - have been offered a second chance offer to buy this and wondered if you all thought it was a bargain - or just, run of the mill.

Not sure if i'd keep it - as i just bought an R5 with a stiff YS7 in it - which i'm hitting pretty good, but could sell it on?

What say the experts? :D

Would you have to pay something like $180 US dollars plus shipping? I am not sure about exchange rates. That is a pretty good price, but I have seen better. At the Golf Galaxy near me their is a 9 degree tour exotics nv stiff for $169.99

12 degree loft will be difficult to sell in the future---really a slow swingspeed loft.

thanks - i should have been more clear, i live in the UK, so the total to me would be about $200 or so.

 

My driver swing speed is about 100mph or so - and i remember people alwats saying that an amateur should play driver lofts more like 11-12? rather than the 9-10 we all seem to go for. I play off about 14 - so am not that great either!! Driver distance usually 260-280 tops.

Woah! Your swingspeed is 100 and you're playing a 12º? Mine is right around there and I have a 9.5º. If I used a 12º I would hit a moon ball for sure! Might want to look into a 10º or something.

Imo, you do not need a 12* loft----it will add too much spin for your swing speed.

I read several times in Golf Digest that the drivers for everyday joes like us are labelled as 9.5 or 10.5 but are in reality actually 1 - 1.5 degrees higher than what it states.

sorry for any confusion guys, i DO play a 9.5 R5 with YS7 shaft, but saw this and was tempted - thinking it might be a good deal, possibly to resell?

 

I guess that seeing as noone has piped up saying "get that now - and i'll take it off you" means i should probably just keep my money in my pocket - ready for the YES! Marilyn i've got my eye on!

Swingspeed and loft are related but not factor unto its own. I have seen many high SS player go to higher lofts because of better launch angle, or their shaft of choice tends to hit it low.

On the other end there are a lot of LPGA pros who seem to have low lofted drivers.
