Inconsistent contact from inconsistent bottom of your arc (fat, thin, etc.) Draw a line on the ground and do what you have to do to get the divots in front of the line.

Try working on your transition from the top of your backswing. You would benefit from reversing your sequence of movements as you are now starting with your upper body causing an early release of the club. Start from the ground up, lower body moving laterally toward target before upper body rotates. Hope this helps. Good luck!

Inconsistent setup fundamentals equals inconsistent shots. Making slight progress but you have to be really obsessed with setting up properly prior to even taking the club back. Almost like a robot way of thinking. So that way, do everything correctly and the same EVERYTIME then you can get the same results EVERYTIME. Keep it up.

For now , you should do two things. Make sure that your setup is correct and do not swing past 9-3 .My strong preference for people learning this swing is no more than 8-4
Setup
Flare your left toe to the target a little and flare the right toe away from the target a little.Play the ball more forward so that it is the middle of your stance. You need to bump your left hip a little more to the left so that the outside of the left hip is vertically aligned with the outside of your left heel.Your head needs to tilted on the same angle as your spine.Your hands need to more forward, just off your inner left thigh
Going back it is ok for the head to rotate ,but you are doing this too much .It is NOT ok to raise your head going back.Make sure that you are NOT tucking your chin to your chest when you bend to the ball as this will force you to raise your head going back as you move your left arm

In order to learn the leveraged release(maintaining the angle of the right wrist through impact) you need to make short swings at slower than normal speeds.Take the club back either to 9-3 or preferable to 8-4 and make sure that the wrists are fully set. This is harder to do with the 8-4 swing due to the lack of time to set the wrists.Going down you need to make considerably slower than normal speed swings. The reason for this is simple. The faster the swing the more force is generated and the harder it is to hold the angle of the right wrist all the way to 3.The entire purpose of the 9-3 drill is to train yourself to hold the angle of the right wrist all the way to 3.Once you learn to do this , then you need to hold the right wrist angle to just past impact ,but that happens only when after you teach yourself to hold this right wrist angle to 3.

I suggest to ALL golfers when they practice ,no matter what their level, to place a 1/2 nerf ball/1/2 credit card DEEP inside their left armpit and not to drop it until well after impact. This will ensure that the very upper left arm is connected to your torso going back and will facilitate turning left going down
Set up better ,set those wrists ,shorten the length of the swing and slow down the swing so that you can teach yourself to hold the angle of the right wrist all the way through to 3

imo

take away a little too inside too quickly

I am sure how you can see that lose that right wrist leverage on the way down and flip it
Must set the angle in the backswing and HOLD it and forget about it, let the body/pivot/left side pull that angle down and through to the left.

hips nowhere near open enough at contact, yours appear nearly square.

no axis tilt on the downswing, have to get the hips forward and left while keeping axis tilt

Grip: Left hand looks wrong. It looks too weak? Could be camera angle.

Setup.jpg
Setup: This is where the dropping right hip while bumping left hip over left heel will help you. And as you will see it will get you in to a bad position at the top by not allowing you to rotate back. You are no where close in this area!
Top.jpg
Top: Way to long of a swing for trying to learn this swing. The bad setup caused too much weight over the right hip and caused the hip slide(Look at your right hip crossing the green line). This causes a tilt away from the target and binded your body. Your cooked here, and it's all because of a bad setup.

impact.jpg
Impact: The tilting of the top of your body towards the target now makes you having to cast and dump the club. Note there is no turn to drive the swing, it is all arms and hands from being in the stuck position at the top. Thats why you have to stand up to allow everything to get through instead of being able to turn and leverage through the zone.

Fix the Setup and grip, then learn how to achieve the positions slow motion in front of a mirror. When you can do this in slow mo, you can repeated it in to bigger longer swings.
