Hi from Seattle and Scottsdale

Greetings from the NW and often times in Scottsdale (secondary residence).

 

 

Just found this site the other day and the loads of info. Hope to be able to contribute to the online community. What's in the bag? R1 Driver and Mizuno MX-23's, but excitedly waiting on a set of Rocketbladez Tour that should be delivered next week. Just in time for some golf in AZ :)

anyway, Please tell us about the golf season in Seattle.

some people tell me they play golf 12 months of the year in Seattle ( often in a rain suit).

Other locals admit the golf season really comes down to just a few beautiful dry summer months.

In other words, the Seattle golf season may be just as short as the frozen East?

From the perspective of your Scottsdale perch, What is your take on the "real" length of the Seattle golf season ???

I have played the past 4 weeks Friday, Sat, and Sunday (12 rounds) ...skipping this weekend but today and tomorrow look to be fine.

Yeah, it's been pretty mild for us in Feb. I'll typically shut down from mid-Nov thru Jan, but sneak out if it's not too chilly and wet. Get a good rainsuit and you're golden in the off months.

I'll play about 9-10 mos of there year in Seattle

Heading down to first golf stretch in AZ next week. We just bought down there.
