What do you see wrong?

So I'm a 5-6 handicap at the moment but I plan on getting that down.

 

Could anyone tell me what they see that could use tweaking or just anything glaringly obvious that is wrong with my swing?

I couldn't hit a draw to save my life today(usually hit a baby draw) and I assume it is because of my legs/posture at impact. It seems that I am standing almost straight up. Does anyone have any tips for this and do you guys think this is indeed why I couldn't get it to draw? It has been one of my biggest flaws since I started.

The fade looks like it MIGHT be coming from swinging a little outside to inside.
Fade could also be from your grip being to weak. Look up strong vs weak grips for pictures.

I hit my draws by swinging inside to outside but there are a few other ways to do it.

How far is that 8 iron? It looks like you are shifting your weight forward too early and you peak before impact. You can get more speed behind the ball by shifting your weight later in your downswing.

Hey Brandon, I think some would call it Early Extension with your right leg/hip straightening up and pushing out towards the ball as you come into impact. This would cause your swing path to go outside to in. I'm not a instructor but think of rolling your right foot towards your left foot on your downswing. Maintain your posture and some flex in your right knee driving it towards your left knee. This will help clear your hips and make room to swing from inside to out. If you search you tube Monte has a good video on how to cure this!
