Help me decide between two Forged Heads

Bought a set of heads... Ran low on funds and now I am stuck with two sets of heads and a set of KBS Tour Xstiff's.

I wanted to go with a set of PXI's but again. Moolah.

So I play MP32's. I bought a set of Adams CB1's.

Both forged. Not gonna lose too much butter switching them out but just looking at them, I'm not sure the CB1's will give me a little more forgiveness which is my goal.

Chime in guys... More forgiveness than my MP32's?

I would say the cb1's are going to be a bit more forgiving but If you have them both shafted go hit them and decide yourself. Also something I think would be more forgiving might not be as forgiving as something else to someone else so the best bet is to hit them both and go from there! If your wanting a very forgiving forged iron go for the bstone j40's or scratch ez1 both look very nice at address and have gobs of forgiveness. Good Luck on your search!

Problem is one set of shafts...if I shaft up the CB1's...the 32's are without shafts. And I gotta pay as I can't do it myself

No problem you can always just shaft up a 7 iron or so to get a good median idea. Save a some time and $ for the time being before you can decide sometimes there are some demos floating around on the bay. Just a thought

Just shaft up one of each, say 5i in one and 6i in another? It should give you an idea at least.

Without you actually hitting them it will be hard to say.

Just my two cents but I play the mp 32's and have tried several other forged heads trying to find something better. I just can't get away from them. To me they feel and perform better than anything else. I even spent $100 on a fitting and was told by the fitter he couldn't find me a better fit. That being said maybe I've just got the right fit for me. I would suggest trying what the other guys have said and maybe just getting one shaft for the adams club and compare them side by side. It may be cheaper than reshafting your whole set if you find you don't like the adams.

I love my MP32's... But was hoping for just a touch more forgiveness... Was curious to see if someone who had hit them both would chime in...but guess not!

I should have called the topic... " Come yell about Scotty Cameron "... Might have found some interest.
