Cancer benefit raffle

Hello... Been a non-posting / read only member for awhile. Mostly because I am not a great golfer or club maker. I do however, love advice/wisdom of others. So the reason for the post... I was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer October 16th 2012 at the age of 39 (40 now). My friends have organized a benefi golf tourney... The whole deal... Golf/food/raffles for May 25, 2013 to help raise money to augment medical cost. So I thought I would raffle off my old clubs left handed Ping K15 5-W blue dot R flex steel shafts. I had to switch to senior!! (@ 40 y/o) flex while going thru chemo (Razr X HL) since I have lost strength and endurance. So here is what I had in mind... Any member that donates $10 to my cause will be entered into the raffle. $20 = 2 entries etc. June 15th, 2013 or $400 minimum in donations (which ever is later) I will draw the lucky winner and mail you my used Pings. I understand $400 minimum is more than they are worth and very few may want LH clubs but u can donate to 1st tee or flip em ... well worth $10. All other entrants will receive good karma for helping a fellow Golfer out (not guaranteed :) ). I have looked to see if this is ok with Golf WRX rules... Didn't find a definitive answer... So if this against the rules... just let me know. Just leave Golf WRX and your screen name in the message box (email automatically saved).
