New guy from London - UK... Just starting to play!

Hello everybody.

My name's Mark, I'm 26 and I live in London - UK from a couple of years. I come from Italy.

I've always loved watching golf but I have never actually had the chance to play it until the beginning of this year.

This means I started going to the driving range and renting a couple of clubs just to try my swing. I soon realized that it was much more harder than what it used to look on TV :lol: But I fell in love with the game anyway.

I initially thought about buying a full set for beginners, but I ended up buying used Titleist clubs. Next step will be taking a few lessons.

wow, playing blades and just a beginner? maybe try out some game improvement irons and then move up to blades, give your game a chance. then again, if you can strike the AP2s well, then stick to them.

Also keep in mind that the D3 has a smaller head (445 cc), launches lower and is less forgiving than the D2.

I'm sure you'll hear from others that you'll need to get fitted and take some lessons to improve your game and i agree that is the best approach, but if you feel comfortable with your set up, practice, practice, practice and not just on the range. Go out and play a few rounds to get a feel for the game and above all else, enjoy yourself.
