That's true but Chambers is in University Place, not Tacoma. Inknow it's an adjacent area to Tacoma but the majority of the hotels are quite a few miles away. The Hotel Murano in downtown Tacoma is the largest and it will surely be to capacity that week. There are lots of them nearby but not real close to Chambers.

A lot of the European Management groups such as ISM (Westwood, Clarke, Charl, Louis oost,) Horizone (Gmac, Fisher and currently Rory) will rent out huge houses, usually two next door to each other, hire a chef, all the players stay in the same house, and support staff in the other house.

This is usually for the lesser players in the management group as its cheaper for them. Bigger names will rent their own houses via the the management group, who will get a list of properties usually about 6 months before the event, then send a member of their staff over to look at each house, then pick them for each player.

SO as its been said before you should register with USGA, someone from the USGA will visit your house year before, and look around, then will let you know in due course if your house has been selected.

Usually players will rent houses in the course boundaries or houses on the course.

You may not get a player, but you might staff from NBC or Golf Channel or USGA staff.....
