Middle and East Tennessee GolfWRX Outing 2013 II - 9/7/13 Stonehenge Crossville, TN

There will be a second Middle and East TN GolfWRX outing this summer. The first outing was a great time and the second go round promises to be even better. We had 11 show up at River Islands last weekend. Due to the location (Kodak, TN - a few miles east of Knoxville), only East TN players attended. This time, the location is much more centralized. We will be getting together on September 7, 2013 at the Stonehenge course at Fairfield Glades in Crossville, TN. In addition to a round of golf, we will also have a club swap. Bring clubs and gear that you don't want/need and buy/sell/trade in person with other members.

 

Tee times, format and price will depend on the number of golfers attending. TriCities and Chattanooga area golfers can meet in Knoxville and we will carpool over to Crossville. Nashville area golfers meet up in Nashville and carpool on over.

I have always wanted to play Stonehenge. I believe I can get around 4 players or maybe more. Coming from the Nashville area.

Matt, be careful with the number of people and tee times. The last time I played here, I made a tee time for 4 and only had 3 and they made us pay for the 4th. Something to keep in mine.

I hate to do this, but I have been informed by the wife that I am required to attend a wedding on the 7th. Any chance the 8th could work? I have a CLE conference in Cherokee, NC the next week that may go through 14th, but there may be a chance I will be back the 13th. The 14th nay be an option. Sorry folks. Feel free to keep it on the 7th if need be.

Sorry Matt but Sundays are no good for me. If you are going to be in Cherokee, and have your clubs, you need to play Sequoyah National. A few bad holes but some really great holes.

No on the outing. I'm sure we can get another one going soon. On a side note, does anyone want to play Saturday morning in the Knoxville area or if any in Middle Tn guys want to meet at Riverwatch in Smithville?
