Taking items off "For sale"

How long do I have to wait before I try selling the items on ebay or asking my friends if they are interested in the items I have for sale. Obviously I wanted to give the golfwrx community the first chance at all my items and that what I always do but it seems my add with 2 scotty cameron putters isn't getting much attention. I was just wondering what time frame I have before I can sell my items else where.

You can close your ad anytime you would like. Do not delete anything from the listing- just put no longer available and close it up

You do not need to wait at all... you can list them in as many places as you want and if they sell... just close your ad here.

How about adding an additional item if I have fewer than 10 in the ad ? I don't see any "rules" about this.

The rule says "Sellers must combine their listings and cannot post new listings unless their previous listing is closed or deleted."

I can't see anything about editing an ad to ad OR delete items.

If I have 9 items listed, do I add a POST to the thread with the 10th item or do I EDIT the original post to ADD the item there ?

Also, if I withdraw an item for sale and decide to keep it can I DELETE the item from the listing ? If not (for archival purposes) can I "cross out" the sold item and add another item in its place thereby still having only 10 active items ?

You can ad items to open listings (except for pinned listings) as long as you are under 10 items total. Once an item is sold, use the editor for the original listing, put "SOLD" next to it.

At the bottom of the ad put "ITEMS ADDED ON" and the date and add the new item/items

For your other question- Do not delete anything from the listing- simply put "NO LONGER AVAILABLE" as the item is still subject to the 30 day re-list rule.

Depending on how long the listing has been up, it may be so far down that it won't get as many views as closing an ad, waiting 24 hours, and starting a new ad with new items not in the previous listing, but that is your decision
