Hi. Looking for a spot to go to where there are two or three nice courses in the area in mid March. We fly into sky harbour. So nothing over 2 hours drive, preferred.

Played most to all public in Scottsdale . Little pricey as well at this time of year.

Was looking for somewhere else to go. Set up camp and play 5 rounds at 2 or three courses.

Not too sure of the quality of courses outside Scottsdale. But I'm assuming they are all great in March.

Thought about Tucson, but was dissapointed last time I was at dove. The conditions weren't the best.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

I’d say wikenburg fits the bill. Similar weather to Phoenix. Los caballeros and wickenburg ranch are both nice tracks. Wickenburg ranch is one of the best maintained courses in az. A buddy of mine said los caballeros is perfect right now also.

Agree with the Wickenburg suggestion. Sedona is another one, but can still be chilly in March.

I second Wickenburg. The conditions were amazing when I was up there last week. You could stay in Surprise or Sun City on the NW side of town and have a relatively short drive out there. I was also told by a member that Wickenburg Ranch has affordable stay and play options, so you might call them.
