Selling circle t on ebay and shipping to taiwan?

Have an offer for 2600usd to sell my Circle T Rat on ebay to taiwan. Anyone ever sold and shipped overseas on ebay to taiwan?

What concerns should I have?

Anyone know the approximate COST it will be to ship from FLORIDA to TAIWAN?

On the USPS calculator, a 6 lb package priority (6-10 days) was $70, not including insurance/signature...etc. Things to look for: When did the buyer join eBay? How are the feedbacks (quantity/review content)? How well does the buyer communicate? There are some restrictions for high priced items (e.g. watches) so look out for insurance restrictions.

Personally, I would keep it in country(maybe Canada) because of the potential issues. Can you imagine the buyer opening a case and you have to pay for return shipping? And that is far from the worst case scenario.

No issues shipping to Taiwan and why aren't you using eBay's Global shipping?

Agreed, use the Global Shipping Program. You ship to someplace in the US at a domestic level price, and they handle the rest. I've done it before with lower end items, never Circle T level items though, but theoretically you're covered by ebay and have less worries about the shipment "disappearing" like used to be the case shipping international.
