Pushing everything

Hey guys, long time lurker but first time poster. Have a high handicap and game feels like it's regressing (ironically the more I've been getting interested). Used to fairly consistently break 100 but that hasn't happened in a while. Need lessons badly.

Anyways, only have one short clip but have been pushing my irons in the rounds I've played this year--any quick pointers for what's going wrong? Feels like I'm struggling to shallow out the club and I hate my takeaway. Will take anything I can get, links to vids a plus!

Forgot to add, I've always had a slice with my driver, learned to aim left/start it out that way off the tee to stay safe in rounds but need lessons and more range work to fix. With my irons, I've actually played a nice little draw in the past and my miss was usually left up until this year.

1. Setup - bent too much at the hips, I like to keep arm pits in line with the knees. Knee bend looks good so I would try to bend a little less at the hips.

2. Your first move back looks like you're rolling the forearms causing the cub face to open up and come inside. There's no way to recover from that with any consistency. It's the classic moving your hands away from the body and swinging the club inside. You'll want to work on the first 1/4 to half of your back swing before anything else. Fixing your setup might help a tiny bit with this.

3. Not really an issue at this point until you fix the takeaway, but at the top you become disconnected, shoulders stop turning but the arms keep going. It's probably not worth worrying too much about this until the club can get more on plan going back, this could be a result of a poor takeaway and the body needing to figure out how to reroute the club so it gets back to the ball.

In addition to what mountainking said, you need to free up your backswing hip rotation.

Your feet and hip were wide pen to the left of the target, if your hands were quick enough to catch up with the rest of your body, you might either go left or right depending on how you release the club head into the impact.

Just align both the lines of your heels and the hips parallel to the target line ( slightly to the target ), keep everything the same.

Once in awhile , have someone ( a second pair of eyes ) exam your fundamentals, the grip, the alignment, the posture.............. because all of us will slip into something we're not aware of over time.

Will definitely look into hip rotation drills and lining up more consistently. Time for the range, thanks again!
