Another Winter storm

We got lightning snowstorms last Sat-Sun here, just outside of Philly. We got a total of 18" dumped on us, the first snowfall of the season! It's been gorgeous the last 2 days, though. Sun-drenched skies, temps in the 60's, and melting snow everywhere. Hopefully I'll be back playing in 2-3 weeks!

Toronto hardly got anything, maybe Canada is not so bad after all.

We only got rain here in the Niagara region.

I got caught in that crud up in Milwaukee today. Had some interviews and had to cancel and get the heck outta there. My folks are expecting 10+ inches today up in northern Wisconsin.

It's like 63 degrees and raining here right now. Almost all the 18" of snow is melted! Maybe I can play a round in a week or two!

Dick this is not funny anymore. its 18 degrees here with blowing and drifting snow.

Man...I gotta just jump ship and move to Arizona. Been talking about it for awhile, if I wait longer, house prices will skyrocket.

I'm in central michigan, we had a ton of thunder/lightning last night. HUGE ice storm came through and blanketed everything, it sounded like fireworks as huge trees would break w/ the weight of the ice then crash and the ice would break sounding like breaking glass. My cable line is currently hanging from my neighbors tree that fell on it..... i don't know why they'd use the high poles in michigan..

I wish all lines were buried. It makes the sky line much prettier.

It cost a little more originally but in the long run you save money by lower maintenace cost having buried lines

LOL, down here in Kalamazoo it was 60 last night. There was a point where Grand Rapids (40 miles north) was 32 and getting dumped on, and it was 60 in Kzoo and I could see the sun.

Ha..we had only 4.5 inches of snow yesterday in extreme southern wisconsin, an hour north had 9.5 inches, but that's because it rained for an hour first. Lots of thunder and lightening. Roads were a mess. Only -2* this AM headed for a high of 13 and a low tonight of -10 with windchills of -30 to -40. I love winter ;) . Any place you have to plug in a car so it will start in the morning is unfit for human habitation. I think the Federal Government should come rescue us and move us to a warmer clime!

Yup, Thursday we had a snow day and on Friday it was freezing!!! (I'm in northeastern Wisconsin) I had to take the bus home today and the moment I got off the bus, the wire on my earbuds FROZE. I kid you not. Tonight it's supposed to be -45 degrees. brrrrrrrr
