The Pro LD is AccuFLEX’s lightest distance series shaft at 58 grams. This lightweight shaft provides golfers who are looking for a mid to high ball flight and a lot of “kick” in the shaft, to achieve their goal. It is a great combination of feel, and consistency and feedback has been given stating that golfers have a sensation of “explosion off the face of the club” when this shaft is used. We recommend this shaft for mid to high handicap golfers available in R, S and X flex at a 3.5 torque rating.

i played this shaft (XXX) in a 6 degree SMT nemasis at 48" and it was a bomber. i built the club for the Remax long drive championships three years ago and loved it... it helped me make it to the regional qualifier but ended up 2 yards short of making it to the finals in nevada... the shaft loaded great for me and was a bomber. it was as smooth as i could hope for at that flex and length... best drive with the combo in comp was 364 yds and it is still in the closet awaiting the next long drive comp..

Thats great to hear! Im going to buy a SMT DBplus 6 degree tomorrow. im still debating on the shaft. i think i want this one. Im going to play golf and dont plan on trying long drive competitions so my length will have to be butt trimmed to 45 inches (do you think this will become too stiff?). I have a clubhead speed ranging from 124-128 with a 45 inch driver atm. so idk if im ready for XXX flex with the butt trim.
