I play the made-for-TM version of this shaft in my R9 460 and I really like the feel. It feels a little stiffer than the marked flex, but I think this is just the feel because of the stiff tip.

Playing the 55g versin in a R9 460. Been wanting to try a light weight shaft in my driver but I found that many lightweights were too whippy and resulted in poor control. Really happy with the launch and dispersion. Added about 15 yards over the stock Aldila.

Have the 65 gram stiff flex tipped 1" in my FT-5, shaft plays stiffer than most. Took a full range session to get used to it coming from a Fit-On 360, shaft unloads quick and with a lot of energy.

untipped playing at 45" the "stiff" flex frequencies consistantly in the high 260's, this is consistant with what most other manufactures consider "x" flex. All the F1 shafts across the board will frequencies about half to a whole flex stiffer than there "marked stiffness"

I installed the Motore F1 65 Stiff flex in my 10.5 R11. The Motore F1 did as advertised and brought my spin rate and trajectory down to perfect levels. Instead of the ball launching very high and almost falling out of the sky with the stock shaft it now has a predictable medium-low trajectory and flies on a nearly perfect arc with very little side spin. Also, when the ball lands it rolls out around 20 yards.

However, as many have said, it does feel stout which in my opinion isn't a bad thing. It doesn't feel like I'm swinging a fishing pole, it feels controllable and predictable. I find that I have more confidence to go after a drive without fear that I'll put too much side spin on it if I mishit it a little. When I do mishit a shot, the ball flies fairly low and with minimal side spin so it tends to end up in a better spot than if it was flying into the stratosphere with 5000 rpm side spin.

I'm a strong guy and swing with a good deal of power and I honestly can't see a reason to go any stiffer in flex than S. The S lets you go as hard as you want with complete control. Just my opinion for those of you trying to decide between S and X flexes.

love the motore f1!!!!! I put it in my driver last year and found that the ball bores through the air. Also as you miss out to the toe, does not twist or torque as much as other shafts. Just bought one for my titleist 910h

I had this shaft in stiff on my old cobra zl encore driver easily one of the best/consistent shafts I've used .I currently game a fujikura orochi shaft in my current mizuno driver which feels really similar to the f1 both great shafts
